Last Sunday the 25th Jan the card machines were down. I went for ice cream and it only cost £3 but I scanned my card and the till operated said I had to put the item back as card machine was out of order. But they still took the £3. I just checked my bank and it’s not refunded me it’s taken my money can you help please?

NatWest Bank had a branch in Radyr, Cardiff up to two years ago. The bank premises were sold to the Co-op who opened a very successful shop in its place. Next door was a Spar shop which due to the competition closed down. The premises have been empty for over 18 months and rumour has it that the Co-op have bought the premises for an extension to the grocery shop and the relocation of the Co-op Pharmacy, which is currently at the end of the road in the shopping centre.
The Daily Mail today has reported that a “Bank Hub” has been opened in Rochford with a number of the major banks servicing the community on a daily basis. This idea would suit the area of Radyr and Morganstown, which has a population of around 7000 rising to 12,000 in the next 18 months with a major development on the Llantrisant Road.

My Name is Vic Lardner & I am President of Hungerford(Berkshire) Bowling Club. On September 29th we are holding a Charity Day on behalf of the Local Branch of Riding for the Disabled. I am approaching local businesses to see if they could help by donating Vouchers, Raffle Prizes etc. I visited my local branch who told be to contact Head Office, hence this.
Hi my disabled Son Matthew age 40 was treated bad in the store at. Matlock discrimination against people with learning difficulties it is totally unacceptable and staff should be trained in helping people not to be rude
I have completed 6 on line complaint forms all of which have failed to complete due to a fault on the system, I have called, e-mailed all to no avail!! I have not been able to communicate with anyone regarding my complaint, it’s pretty dismal, perhaps this may generate some communication?
I made an order this morning and put in my address which is 27 Roman Close for some reason when I looked at the order on my lap top it had changed to number 5 Roman close I tried to change the address and it would not let me do it so I phoned the Co-Op at March and told them what had happed and he gave me a number to ring and was sent a link and I had a form to fill in – It would have been so much better if he could have just changed the address there and then – you need to find a method that is much quicker and easy because it makes you stress when thing go wrong – all can you stop putting one thing in one bag as it is waste full
I have been in Aldershot Queen’s road branch as csa on student visa MBA HR. I completed two years from sept 2007 to June 2009. On completion I came back to my country. In 2021 I came to know that due to brexit post study visa is allowed on graduate and postgraduate route. I will grateful if an offer letter is issued to me for a job so that i can attach it to process post study work visa for two years.

Co op should do there own pizza Create Your own pizza Counter were u can make more money and get customers in. I go to my local co op and it boring shop. u got fresh doughnut and sausage rolls witch are very nice but i belive u can do better by having Pizza Create Your own Counter.
How. Come there no sercruity in the shop. I just witnessed a man shoplifting went out the back door. And the staff member are not aloud to say anything as it the coop policy
What about your loyal staff members it’s sad to see them cry worried.
But to me. Your surporting. Poeple with drug problems and alcohol this needs to be addressed ASAP.
