shocked at the response i got from customer services ,also from staff at Asda Hayes .my friend who is disabled and partial sighted and myself went into the store [ we are both pensioners ] and asked about the halloween rocking horse clown and doll £15 each . i have been told by a lady i know that her daughter works for Asda and she had bought some to put on E-BAY at ten times the price . i spoke to the manager who told me that this had happened with the Lego a little while back and said there is nothing he can do as the staff are entitled to buy . I have no problem with this but i do think there should be a limit to this greed . My friend and I cannot shop on line so we couldn’t order even if they were available . we are regular shoppers at your store as we find you are good value for the older people . i would be very gratefull if you could help us purchase the clown rocking horse . If not , I look forward to your response as to where I can go from here , many thanks , k.wesley-rogers

attitude of your managers
Hi my wife and I are pensioners, over 70, and we do like to shop in your supermarkets but we do have a problem we cannot find any processed peas in your Plymouth or Bodmin stores have you discontinued this line if so can you tell me what store of yours stocks them as we only eat your processed ones thank you for your help.
I have received a p45 form today,I think you have sent this in error as I have not worked for you or even resigned,im puzzled by this,it even has an employee number on the form.??????
I hear you staff are kicking customers out if they don’t like the way we customers shop, a good friend of mine was kicked out of one of your stores and told it was his shopping habits that caused his removal , I asked was he doing some thing odd , he assured me , all he was doing was selecting items , putting them in his basket and was intending to pay , he assured me he hadn’t done any thing other than that, but your assistant had him removed ! ill be visiting your worcester asda store on Monday evening , could you inform me prior to entering your store if my “shopping methods” do not for fill your expectations , im seeking a training course in shopping methods , but I can’t find one , how ever I’m told by aldi my shopping habits are acceptable to them could you perhaps be clear what you expect from.us shoppers
thank you

I received a job offer from this company two weeks ago. They send me documents which I thought is legit because MRS. Liz Evans, The Managing Director had her signature with a stamp on those documents that sent it to me.
Upon processing my papers, they forwarded me to a certain James Collins, an Immigration Lawyer based in British Embassy in India, to process my documents before my entry.
It states in the email of Mrs. Liz Evans, that I will be the one to shoulder all the expenses during the processing of my visa prior to my entry in UK. ASDA will reimbursed once I reached the country. They even let me open a BANK ACCOUNT at Barclays!
But when this Collins, ask for a fee of a Police Certificate that I need to accomplish as well, as part of my documents, I discovered that there is no such POLICE CERTIFICATE provided. Rather it’s called CRIMINAL RECORD BUREAU! And it should be done personally and employer itself will be the one to apply and it’s for free!
A well established company, but an scammers inside the company????
shame on you !
ASDA sell tyres.
Of course it turns out they are not Asda but a company using the name.
Booked tyres, paid etc.
Went to the garage on the day, they had nothing.
Absolute farce.
Worse, trying to get in touch with ASDA the actual company is impossible.
All phone numbers do not get through to ASDA complaints department.
Everything is half way around the world, cannot contact head office.
Clearly set up to avoid people speaking to the ASDA complaints department.
This evening I acted like a complete A hole in my local store. The ASDA app would not work in the store and now my Blue light card can only be used as part of the app. For a while, I have expressed my disgust that anyone without a smart phone is unable to access the ASDA app, like my elderly parents. Prices go up every week and this app is a good money saver, that possibly 20% of the local population of elderly folk or those with disabilities, who cant access smart phones are loosing out is not ethical. Our area is socially deprived and not everyone can afford a phone contract. Until recently, ASDA have been wonderfully giving Blue light workers discount, but now the blue light card is part of the app and any savings attached have to be respent at ASDA, which is still a great bonus, but again excludes anyone without a smart phone.
My App wouldn’t work and so I could not get the blue light saving. I basically acted like an entitled AHole and said that because I couldn’t get the discount from the blue light that I didn’t want the shopping and I left the poor store workers to have to put back all my shopping, after I had to unpack it all in the trolley, leaving my pound in there , whilst I huffed off. My kids are now disappointed as there are no treats in and I am going to have to do the shopping again, which isn’t easy, as I have physical and mental challenges.
I am going to take this up as a campaign to try and get ASDA to either drop its reward scheme and just charge fair prices, or give folk the option of having a plastic card, so they do not loose out on the savings, if the app is down or they do not have access to a smart phone. I will send a letter to head office and depending upon the response, I am going to take this further if necessary. I am also going to apologise to the poor minimum wage workers, who had to put my stuff back on the shelves. Who the hell would work in a supermarket, you folks are the real heroes, especially during COVID! Now be a hero ASDA and sort this reward scheme out, so it is accessible to all or scrap it with the old fair prices in these difficult times.
After being a loyal customer to Asda all my life now for 30+ years
I have experienced the most upsetting experience. Times are hard, I order over £120 of groceries delivery from my store as always, 16 years I have been with this Asda store. New driver that was not to me. I log on to do an online delivery but my account suspended call a number, do this to be told I will be made contact with. 3 days later I received an email. No reason why & store requested it?!
It’s because I made a complaint that hasn’t been addressed at all about the way I was treated by the driver.
This is why & disgusting how my money was taken to then have cctv evidence of the driver turning up before my delivery time slot then leaving 2 minutes past the start of it.
Then meet him driving away 4 minutes from my home but refused to bring it back! Left me with no food. Attitude & eventually got my order by another lovely driver & an understanding manager & then had deliveries after from that store to then him being sent out again to me 2 months later but yet again he arrived earlier than my slot banging on my door this time 25 minutes earlier than my slot time but I was in.
I said oh it’s u & lucky I was in this time.. He then said he was right & that I called him a swear word, twat, I said that day he peed me off big time & sure u have & will be called worse in your life as rattling on at me & draw a line under it as that day was done.
Seems he has gone back moaning as taken offence & that is why.
Not logged on since to then that other evening.. No explanation at all for why?!
Clearly Asda store have not asked my side of it & therefore done this because he had lied yet again making out I was rude to him by calling in a twat on the day he & the store left me with nothing £ told I wouldn’t get a refund for 5 days into my account so unable to get any food anywhere as i had no money?! Asda had it! Driver had my food!
Your customer service was atrocious unable to let the store know in the morning as had been called into milk the cows so had to go & I maybe 5 mins late but 15 at most for my delivery time at 8pm – 10pm slot paid for. Asking them to let the driver know but they told couldn’t do that.
I left a note on the door for the Asda driver with apologies & that I would be there no later than 8.15 & on my way. I have cctv of driver turn up 30 minutes before 8pm then 7.59pm get out & look at watch at my door, read it, knock & in truck by 8.04 driving off.. didn’t care at all ….. proved when I met him & then when he came back.. attitude & damaged bruised fresh produce delivered.
I wish to raise a formal complaint against this driver with head office. This seems unavailable.
I have cctv evidence of it all. The conversation. The deliveries after my complaint (that wasn’t addressed).
Asda don’t care.
Disappointed by the attitude of the staff, they work with the courage of a snail. they look at you as if I entered their house without permission. disappointed by everything. I don’t think I will go back to them.
I feel sorry for your staff I was in Asda Burnley. Quiet a few queues for man tilled. One lady asked an employee if they couldn’t open another till she was told no not enough staff. Think instead of having self service checkouts it’s about time you did what booth done and scrap them are reduced the number of them they still have to be manned by your staff when things go wrong. By not one staff member but three don’t know how this supermarket is still trading all your staff are demolished obviously don’t care for your employee are your customers. Too many managers and not enough on the shop floor where needed. Tills and conveyors not working properly petrol station only card only. Shambolic.
I am trying to contact someone to speak to regarding damage to my car in the local asda store car park. I left the store after doing my shopping and when I got to my car it seems someone had gone into my car causing some damage, want to know if cctv can prove this
As. a X employee at Asda 21 years service I am very disappointed at not recieving the 20% discount at Christmas. As I am not a active employee they say I am not entitled to 20% What happened to Christmas Spirit
Hi i looking for any space for rent in car park for hand car wash
Good afternoon
I am very unsatisfied with an issue I had yesterday.
I made an order to be delivered on Friday 26th in the evening, paid with vouchers I received from the school. I got a text message saying it had been cancelled and to re book. As I was desperate for food that day I rebooked for a click and collect, for that to also be cancelled. This was extremely unhelpful. I called the customer services, which I will add is horrendous to try and hear them over other people’s voices in the background and music. I explained my situation that I had and still have NO money as we’d been on holiday, that’s why I used the vouchers. To be told I have to wait until the 28th.
I explained I’m a mom of three, one being a baby and was relying on this delivery.
I was left in tears and extremely anxious to how I’m going to feed my children that evening.
I feel very let down by Asda for not helping me at all, they shouldn’t have even authorised a payment if it was having issues.
I then called my friend who lent me £100 cash to go to another store and do my shopping so now not only have I got 2 useless £90 vouchers, that aren’t processing, I now have a debt of £100 which I wouldn’t and shouldn’t have needed to borrow. The £100 that I have borrowed is now compromising me to buy my children’s school uniform as they’ve new logos when they go back as I now have to pay my friend back too.
Can you see why I’m so upset??
I also laughed as I had an email stating my delivery pass payment hasn’t gone thru. I don’t see why I should pay it if you can’t deliver to me when I was at my most desperate time.
By all means you can contact to attempt to resolve this issue please.
Asda caused great distress to me yesterday and would like to know when I can actually use my vouchers again please.
Regards ..
my wife & i have been loyal shopper’s at the Lowestoft store since it opened and have found it to be very good place to shop.
